SocialCareScore is an independent, anonymous way for people to rate their experience of council services. Ratings add up to transparent scores for each department and each council as a whole, with the evidence behind every number on show.
Private by design
People only leave honest feedback about a council if they’re sure it can’t be traced back to them. So the site is built not to know: there’s no tracking, and even the server’s own logs record no IP addresses, referrers or browser details.
